Tou Yia created a custom illustration for Hammermill’s Sylvamo sketchbook, designed exclusively for the Creative Works design conference. The prompt was to visually represent what sustainability means to me, with a focus on Brooklyn. I chose to highlight car-free transportation—like biking, walking, and skateboarding—woven together with iconic Brooklyn elements to celebrate a more connected, eco-friendly city.
